2 cups pitted dates, quartered

1 ½ cups boiling water

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons warm water)

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation Instructions:
